When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2 - 10 business days for delivery.
Prices displayed on the website are before taxes.
Continental USA $10 (2-7 days)
Hawaii & Alaska $25 (5-10 days)
Shipping is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
How do I track my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email.
How do I return an item?
Please contact info@kapclothing.com for all order and return inquiries.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip and in new/unworn condition with tags.
KAP Clothing will not accept any returns without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your RA number along with a brief description of your issue.
Packages returned to KAP Clothing are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Shipping on returns is non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
